BUILT-IN AIR FILTER AND REGULATOR
MYPLASMA 40 Plasma Cutter is integrated with a gas/air filter that provides filtration from airbone particles to keep the MYPLASMA 40 cut clean and efficiently.
20 - 40 AMP CUTTING RANGE
The MYPLASMA 40 Plasma Cutter allows fine cutting adjustments from 20 amp to 40 amp, which can produce fine steel cutting for GI plates, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
THERMAL OVERLOAD PROTECTION
MYPLASMA 40 Plasma Cutter has thermal overload protection which informs the user when the duty cycle has been exceeded shutting down the unit in a safe matter until it has been cooled to adequate temperatures to proceed cutting.
PILOT ARC TECHNOLOGY
The Pilot Arc system built in to MYPLASMA 40 Plasma Cutter automatically senses loss of voltage, auto-ignites the Pilot Arc allowing for the torch head to maintain an arc when cutting.
BLOWBACK ARC START TECHNOLOGY / CNC READY
The MYPLASMA 40 Plasma Cutter starts the arc by creating an internal spark to ignite the plasma arc. By using air pressure to move the electrode against the nozzle, the MYPLASMA 40 Plasma Cutter creates the arc without any need for high frequency. This allows for easier CNC table integration without the worry of interference.
IGBT INVERTER TECHNOLOGY
Instead of MOSFET technology, MYPLASMA40 Plasma Cutter uses IGBT technology, which has taken the welding/cutting industry to new levels. It gives us the ability to offer smaller units that weigh less while increasing efficiency.
